We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Every piece is carefully packaged, and you'll receive an email when your order has been dispatched.
Returns
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact us to let us know, then return the item within 14 days of telling us.
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
- Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend a tracked, insured service.
- Once we receive the item, we'll refund the price you paid plus the original standard delivery charge within 14 days, to your original payment method.
Faulty or not as described
All our jewellery is pre-loved, and any wear is shown in the photos and described in the listing. If an item arrives damaged or isn't as described, please contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a refund, including return postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
