Returning an item

Please return the item in the same condition you received it, well packaged, to: Pretty Bijou Jewellery, 19 South Acres, Cairneyhill, Dunfermline KY12 8UR, United Kingdom. Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend a tracked and insured service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in the post on their way back to us.

Refunds

We will refund the price of the item and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the item back (or of you providing proof that you have sent it, if earlier). If you chose express delivery, we will refund the cost of standard delivery only. Refunds are made to your original payment method. We may reduce a refund if the item has been damaged or worn beyond what is needed to inspect it.
