Our products

All our jewellery is pre-loved or vintage and is sold as one-of-a-kind items. The photographs show the actual item you will receive. We describe each item, including any hallmarks, maker's marks and signs of wear, as accurately as we can. Sizes and weights are measured by hand and are approximate. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Orders and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). A contract between you and us is formed when we email you to confirm your order. As each item is unique, if an item becomes unavailable or there is an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

Cancellations and returns

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Please see our Refund Policy for full details. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
